The reward is made available in-game through the social tab on the chat window to the recruiting or "veteran" account after the new recruited account has paid for two months of game subscription time. A pop-up message lets you know if you have a new reward ready to choose. Grants the achievement Friends In High Places.

I have all of the mounts from RAFing a second account several times. If you're debating which reward to choose, I'd recommend either of the two-seater mounts: X Touring Rocket or Obsidian Nightwing. The ability to carry a passenger is perfect for your RAF adventures! Since the last update to RAF was the addition of the Cindermane Charger in early , it seems that we might be due for a new RAF promotion sometime soon.

Logged off and back in with another character, got the RAF message again, this time was able to pick a reward Obsidian of course but nothing. Used it which then sticks the mount into my Mounts menu.
