All completed marriage licenses must be recorded within the same county in which they were purchased. Completed marriage licenses may be recorded in person or by mail.

If mailing, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ensure your marriage license will be returned to the correct address. If in person, the marriage license will be recorded and returned to you before you leave.

There is no additional fee to file your marriage license. Request may be made in person, or by mailing a completed Marriage License Copy Request form to our office.
