Start off with a physical weapon and convert it to a pure fire weapon using fire radials and wanings then get tonitrus and use bolt waning and radial colds on tonitrus. These will be your main weapons, if you choose a weapon with a triangle slot get arcane triangles and cold radials but this is the tougher road honestly i only recommend using wheel since you can get flat arcane dmg gems from brainsucker boss in hintertomb chalice and flat dmg is great on wheel since they are not affected by attack multiplier and you can get the full flat dmg on each tick of the wheels rotations.
I used for the most part the executioner gloves since i played solo and could not distance myself from the boss to land a proper call beyond. For ailing loran use beasthunter gems farmed easilt from the cramped casket in yahargul after defeating rom they result in better dmg compared to fire gems.
I never achieve a complete arcane build since i never got to 99 arc because i needed 50vir for soloing chalices and also i stopped before going through isz chalices which is the jackpot of all arcane builds.
